The REGENT Mentorship Programme connects experienced alumni with current students and recent graduates to foster professional development, career readiness and industry exposure. The programme is designed to support the transition from academic life to the workplace through structured mentorship engagements facilitated by the Employability & Career Services team. Mentorship runs over a semester and typically includes 4–6 structured sessions between mentor and mentee.

Purpose of the Programme

The programme aims to:

  1. Connect students and graduates with experienced alumni professionals
  2. Provide career guidance, industry insights, and professional development support
  3. Strengthen alumni engagement and institutional loyalty
  4. Build a sustainable professional network within the REGENT community
